WestJet is showing flights from Saskatoon to London, UK for $390 to $453 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
It's possible these are a mistake fare, so they could be gone within minutes. Do not book anything else for at least 48 hours until it is certain that your ticket has been issued by the airline.
Update 5/16 - I've been hearing from people across Canada that GoToGate has been issuing these tickets just fine, and they've even verified their bookings with WestJet to confirm that all is well.

1. Start with a Google Flights search like this one:
Google Flights: Saskatoon to London, UK
- click on the departure date box to open up the calendar view and browse for cheap date combinations
- look for the dates that are $712 CAD roundtrip or less
2. Go to the Momondo UK website
- Search for a flight from Saskatoon (YXE) to London (LON)
- Use the same dates you found on Google Flights
On the Momondo UK website, the price will show up at around 227 British Pounds roundtrip, which works out to $399 CAD roundtrip when booked with a Canadian credit card.
